What happens when you submit the form

• The details you enter — name, contact information, ZIP code, and a description of your project — are sent to HVACFinder.io
• We match your request to one or more HVAC contractors that serve your area and the service you need
• Those contractors receive your request and may contact you by phone, text, or email about it
• You are under no obligation to hire anyone, and there is no cost to you

Contractors pay for leads

HVACFinder.io is a lead-generation service. Participating contractors pay us a fee for qualified customer requests (“leads”). This is how the matching service is funded. Payment determines which contractors are in our network to be matched — it does not let a contractor change your estimate or see anything you did not submit.

What we share, and with whom

• We share your submitted request only with contractors matched to it
• We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties or data brokers
• We do not share the numbers you enter into the cost calculators — those never leave your browser

Your choices

• Don't want calls? Choose your preferred contact method on the form, and tell any contractor who contacts you
• Want your information deleted, or want to stop being contacted? Contact us and we will remove your request from our system and ask matched contractors to stop

Emergencies

Submitting an emergency request alerts contractors that your situation is urgent, but it is not a guarantee that someone is available immediately. If you have a gas leak, suspected carbon monoxide, or an electrical hazard, leave the home and call 911 or your gas utility first.

Honesty in matching

We do not tell you a contractor is the "best" or "cheapest" option, and being matched to you is not an endorsement. Confirm licensing and insurance yourself before hiring — see our Contractor Verification Policy.
